TRX develops core strength with every move and reduces the chance of injury. It simultaneously develops strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability. All exercises and movements are scaled according to your fitness level.

At FBT we start every experience with an FMS (Functional Movement Screen). FMS allows us to assess when corrective exercises are needed to improve your movement patterns to increase your RESULTS!
