Pearla Phillips opened Fit Body Transformations, in 2012. Her vision was to bring an innovative fitness training business to the Brentwood area that integrated world class programming with an unmatched client experience that would help people enjoy reaching their fitness and performance goals and live a pain free life through functional training and nutrition.
Fit Body Transformations is first and foremost about helping you succeed. To do that, our programs must be individually designed to meet your personal goals at your current level of fitness.
Whether it’s in semi-private training or group personal training format. We will work one-on-one with you to create the most effective (and safest) training program imaginable.
FBT Nation’s training staff is made up of certified personal trainers. Each trainer has one or more nationally accredited certifications.
We possess both the knowledge and the skills to coach you to achieve your goals. At FBT Nation we start every experience with an FMS (Functional Movement Screen). FMS allows us to assess when Corrective exercises are needed to improve your patterns to increase your results.
We can specifically determine how to best design and implement a training program matched to your needs. Furthermore, we are experts with exercise progressions and regressions so we can easily tailor any exercise to your specific level.
Fit body’s team is made up of dedicated individuals who make it a habit to go above and beyond. We will gladly take the time to visit with you to discuss your personal programming needs and do whatever it takes to help you succeed.
Finally, Pearla and the Fit Body Team are very passionate about giving back to the community. Each year the Fit Body Transformations Team pick a local charity to raise money for through out the year.
Each Month we offer a free fun Charity workout to the community. Everyone is welcome (bring the family). You do not need to be a member to come to these events, this is our way of bringing the community together to have some fun.
