Why do you love working at FBT?
FBT is my dream come true. I’ve always wanted to provide a place where everyday people could come to have fun and learn how easy and fun it is to be healthy. What excites me to get up in the morning is to come in and see my FBT family which includes clients and staff. <3

Vision that anything is possible. Supporting and motivating those around me to believe in themselves.

Tell me about your journey and how you got to where you are today.
LOL – Phys Ed Teacher & Coach that couldn’t afford to live to Corporate Executive where I learned to be fat and unhealthy and that money doesn’t make you happy, to natural bodybuilder proving that I can do anything I put my mind to and now…Happy to be living my dream at FBT. We have the ideal clients, perfect staff, and each day I wake up so THANKFUL that everyone at FBT is in my life!

What is your favorite quote?

What is your favorite exercise?
Star Burpees!

What is your favorite food?
Red Wine, Raw Tuna & Mixed Salad Greens! OK, so it’s my favorite meal!

What accomplishment are you are most proud of?
Showing my girls that dreams DO come true when you work hard enough.

Why do you love working at FBT?
I love FBT for it’s wonderful community of people. Through community service and fundraising FBT supports its local community by giving back to it’s veterans. I am proud to humbly serve this community and those within it.

What strength do you bring to the team?
The strength I bring to the team is my love of learning about healthy recipes, new exercises and leadership skills.

Tell me about your journey and how you got to where you are today.
My journey with FBT began as a client. I joined FBT’s 30 day jumpstart program in the spring of 2016 after hearing wonderful things about the training facility from friends. I had no idea what I had been missing in my fitness routine until I found it at FBT. A healthy community that supports one another to stay on track, people who love like family. When Pearla told me about FBT’s Apprenticeship program to become a coach it was the opportunity I did not want to miss. “You mean I’ll get paid to workout?” I said. I completed the program in 3 months when Pearla offered me a permanent position at FBT. The way Pearla supports her staff and clients is unparalleled to none. About a year later Pearla offered me the General Management position which I eagerly accepted. I am so thankful to be a part of such an amazing team. I also couldn’t imagine living without this wonderful community of people trying to better themselves. I joined FBT at the end of my 30 day jumpstart and never looked back.

What is your favorite exercise?
I love strength training. My favorite physical exercise is deadlifting. My favorite mental exercise is listening to books on tape so I can continue to learn and provide the best possible leadership to the FBT community and beyond.

What is your favorite food?
Pulled Crock Pot Chicken with homemade BBQ sauce topped with cold bread and butter pickles.

What accomplishment are you are most proud of?
Empowering and inspiring others to make their health a priority.

What is your next goal?
My next goal is to get my nutrition certification.

Why do you love working at FBT?
The atmosphere at FBT is exciting and positive. We all have the goal to help people, and that’s something that’s near and dear to my heart. Most importantly, we’re a family and this team doesn’t quit.

What strength do you bring to the team?
As a Good Mood Ambassador, I bring energy and sunshine to clients and my teammates. I also have an analytic view for tasks at hand and finding solutions to problems.

Tell me about your journey and how you got to where you are today.
Joining FBT as a client was a great decision, it gave me a fun family and a positive atmosphere. I even brought a friend into the mix. After a year and a half I was asked to become a part of the team so I could help grow the family even more and share how life changing it is here.

What is your favorite exercise?
Toss up between Man Makers and Atomic Push Ups

What is your favorite food?
Chocolate, of course (wine and bacon, too)! But I do enjoy healthy choices like fresh guacamole, grilled chicken, and sweet potatoes.

What accomplishment are you are most proud of?
The Mentorship Program is something I was offered and I’m glad to be a part of it. Not only do I get to share FBT with the outside world, but I will get to help every client who comes in the door.

What is your next goal?
Putting myself first and achieving/maintaining my health goals with the great influences around me.
