Suspension Training develops core strength with every move and reduces the chance of injury. It simultaneously develops strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability.

All exercises and movements can be personalized according to fitness level from novice to expert.

At FBT we start every experience with an FMS (Functional Movement Screen)

FMS allows us to assess when corrective exercises are needed to improve your movement patterns to increase your RESULTS!

All programs include nutrition and training guidance specific to your needs, abilities, and goals.

Together we can help you take control of how your body looks and feels.
