Group Training Sessions at Fit Body's give Personal Training results in a fun, supportive group setting of up to 12 people.
Our programs are individually designed to meet your personal needs, abilities, and goals.
No matter your level of fitness from novice to expert you will get the training you need as an individual in a group setting. There are five levels to each exercise allowing every workout to be modified to each individual.
We start every experience with an FMS (Functional Movement Screen).
FMS allows us to assess when corrective exercises are needed to improve your movement patterns to increase your RESULTS!
All programs include nutrition guidance.
