Shamrock Fried Eggs
Wakey-wakey eggs and (nitrate free) bakey!
Kick off the St. Patrick’s Day festivities with this fun breakfast recipe!
- Green Bell Pepper
- Farm Fresh Eggs
- Coconut Oil
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper
Wash and dry your peppers then slice bell peppers into rings. Heat coconut oil in pan, place pepper ring down. Crack and egg and pour inside the pepper ring. Season to taste with sea salt and black pepper. Cook until whites are cooked.
Don’t forget to add a side of bacon and sauteed spinach!
