I think I can…I know I can…Hey, I did it!

We all have busy lives.  Practicing self care can often get overwhelming.  I know it does for me.  Some days I do a great job and the next day I can fall on my face.  But…I NEVER give up.  Part of what makes FBT so special is that we have all been there.  We each have experiences that can help someone else refocus and start over.  The worst thing we could do is beat ourselves up and give up.  Think of the children’s book The Little Engine That Could, or how you would reassure a frustrated child to try again and get up after they fall down.  Each and every one of the coaches at FBT is committed to helping you along this journey.  If you have questions or are facing challenges, reach out!  Maybe it would help to work on goal setting, to refocus and figure out the realistic steps you can take everyday.  Maybe you just need someone to check in or cheer you on during a workout.

We can and will help you figure it out.  We know you can do it and we will help you with all the steps along the way!
