Chai Spice Blend

Coach Jenn’s Chai Spice Blend
1 Tbs + 1 tsp ground cardamom
1 Tbs + 1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp ground allspice
Combine all spices together.  Store in an airtight container.
Great addition to protein shakes or muffins…just remember that a little goes a long way!
