Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Yum, here’s a great weekend treat or on the go snack!

Ingredients:
6 egg whites
2 cups oats
1 banana sliced
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 pecans
1/4 water
1 cup protein powder
2 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp organic coco

Combined all together and bake for 30 min at 350.
