10 Snacks for Your Week

‘Tis the season of holiday shopping, hectic week days and even busier weekends! Here are some quick, easy and delicious healthy snacks to get you through your busy week!

  1. Hard Boiled Eggs and Salsa
    • 4 Hard Boiled Eggs, diced
    • 2 TBSP of your favorite low sodium salsa
  2. Brown Rice Cake & Almond Butter
    • 1 Brown Rice Cake
    • 1 TBSP Crunchy Raw Almond Butter
    • 4 thin apple or banana slices
    • Sprinkle of cinnamon on top
  3. Perfect Chocolate Shake
    • 1 Scoop your favorite chocolate protein powder
    • 2 oz coffee almond milk
    • 6 oz unsweetened almond milk or water
    • 1/3 frozen banana
  4. Celery Sticks & Avocado Tuna
    • 1/2 c Celery Sticks
    • 1 can tuna
    • 1/2 avocado
      • Mix all ingredients well and dip or spread over celery.
  5. Dill Dip & Broccoli
    • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
    • 1/2 tbsp dried dill
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • Dash of sea salt
    • 1/2 cup raw broccoli
      • Mix yogurt with seasonings and let sit in fridge overnight. You can substitute dill with your favorite seasonings! (like Mrs. Dash!)
  6.  Vanilla Almond Butter Protein Shake
    • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    • 1 tbsp crunchy almond butter
    • 1/3 frozen banana
    • 8 oz coconut – vanilla almond milk
  7. Berries & Yogurt
    • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
    • 8 raspberries
    • 12 almonds
    • sprinkle of cinnamon
  8. Chocolate Dip & Green Apples
    • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
    • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
      • Mix these 2 together well!
    • 1/2 Granny Smith apple, chopped
  9. Romaine Chicken Wraps
    • 3 oz shredded chicken
    • 2 hard boiled egg whites, diced
    • 8 – 10 banana pepper rings
    • 1/2 avocado, mashed
      • Mix these together well!
    • 2-4 Romaine Lettuce leafs.
      • Spread mixture and wrap up!
